We are seeking an Interviewing & Hiring Support Specialist to join our team! You will perform job duties in the area of human resources that range from screening applicants to recruiting new hires for our insurance agency!
Responsibilities
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all applicants
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to learn computer functions
- Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
